    So i am as others, not finding the piano in the syncron player. 

    I use cubace. 

    I have installed and reinstalled the piano player, reupdated the elicenser and checked the license is present for syncron. i see basses 2 and all that, but the only piano i can find is the Bosendorfer.

     

    so now i am lost.

    Hi,

    the Synchron players are using a seperat player, the Synchron Piano Player. Install it and load it instead of the Synchron Player.

    Yeah i got that. my problem is that it is not showing in the instruments list on cubace. 

    i installed the piano player once more. rebootet. 

    i do find the vienna synchron pianos sorround.dll and the vienna synchron pianos.dll in my vsl/instruments and ensemble folder, where also the ensemble, instruments and syncronplayer.dll is located. 

    steinway patches are located in the SYNCHRON/ized special edition folder with the rest. but in my select instruments all i can find of VSL is the syncronplayer and the syncronplayer sorround and the ensemble. only play i find is from East West. so yeah, im still kinda lost. 

     

    edit. i went into the vst pluginsmanager and added the instruments and ensemble folder. now i got the piano and duplicates of the rest. but i have it now so thumbs up. dont know what i got wrong here but.

    Have you checked the blacklsit in Cubase? Sometimes it blacklists a plugin, but if you re-activate it it should work fine.
