    hi,

    is there a way to use the Appassionata strings (OLD) in the new Synchron player.

    Would be great to know if this is really possible...

    No, it's a different sample format.

    If you want to use some of the articulations of the original Appassionata Strings that are not included in the Synchron-ized version - that's not possible.

    If you want the sound/tone of the old Appassionata Strings from the new Synchron-ized ones - turn off the Synchron Stage IR, mixer channels EQ and reverb.
