Hello,

Any idea if it works, I  still hesitate to upgrade to Synchronized editions...

Core i7 ,EVGA, 32 Go DDR3, RME Hammerfall,ATI Sapphire HD 5450, Windows 10 64 bit,SSD 256 & 512Go,CUBASE 10, VSL SE & +, NOTION 6, FM8, KONTAKT 5

Hello Pro-Arte!

There are no Notion playback rules for the SYNCHRON-ized Special Edtitions. So using these libraries with Notion may be cumbersome. With Notion I still recommend using the VI Special Editions.

Well, it seems there are rules for Finale and Sibelius, why not for Notion ???

The rules in Notion are provided by Presonus, not VSL. There are no Synchron rules for Finale.

Dorico, Finale, Sibelius, Notion, Overture, Cubase, StaffPad

As Bill writes, the rules for the VI Special Editions are provided by Presonus. I’m afraid we simply can’t fit it in at this point, and to be honest, the demand for Notion sound sets has not been overwhelming. Busy times in Vienna, so let’s see what the future brings.

Please, add my voice to the demands for Notion sound sets. I'm a Notion user and that would be a great help to have presets.

I'd like to add my voice as well. When the Synchron versions were initially released, I contacted Presonus asking advice if they were planning to create rules for Synchron as I was considering purchasing. At the time, they had to plans and advised I keep using the SE.

Also, it's been a long while since Notion 6 was released, I also asked about a version 7, they responded they are working on it with no plans to announce any time soon. Not sure things have changed since then.
