I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with VM1 seeing your VE Pro Servers.
- Are you running the latest versions of VM1 and VE Pro 7? This is important because it includes a major update with how VM1 connects to VE Pro. You should be running the following versions:
- VM1 Helper 1.502
- VM1 iPad 1.101
- VE Pro 7.0.877
- Is the VM1 Helper App running on more than one computer? It should only be installed and running on one computer at a time and this might cause an issue with connectivity.
- Do you have any anti-virus, Firewall, or VPN software running on any of the computers?
- In some situations, we have found rebooting your computers and/or your iPad to be helpful.
