I´ve upgraded from special edition Vol1 to synchron-ized SE Vol 1.
Now I tried to play the steinway piano light, but for many times, my cores where overloaded, so I cannot play
undisturbed. My technical sytem is: Win 10, Intel i7 2600K, 4x3.4 GHz, 8 MB RAM
Isn´t that enough for this light piano ?

Hi,
Which drive are you streaming from? A fast HDD drive should be fine (7200 rpm), but of course SSD drives are better.
You can adjust the preload size in Synchron Pianos Preferences => Database, which should provide you with a better streaming performance.

I´´ve got a SSD for the operating system and a HDD for the programs.
May be, the HDD is too slowly for this ?

the database shows 3072. Is that enough ? How high can I get ?
And how can I move the samples . Just "copy & paste " in a ssd folder and then reassign ?

Hi,
the required preload size depends on your system. I use a preload size of 4096 for all Synchronized instruments (and the Steinway Lite) and 16384 for the Synchron Pianos. This way I can use very low interface buffer sizes without drop-outs.
Yes, you can just copy and paste the sample-data. Make sure the SSD is not formatted with FAT and also add the new paths in the settings of the Synchron Player.
