Hi,

Among the presets of the beautiful new Blüthner there is harpsichord. While it may not be totally realistic, it can be creadible in a mix.

What about a fortepiano? I tried messing around with the Timbre Shift, lowering it to 5 or 2, and the Body Resonance, increasing it to 30-40%. Then, there is the EQ to redo.

Ha anyone any hints on how to create a credible fortepiano from the Blüthner?

Uhm. I guess this is not fortepiano enough, yet.

Hi Paolo,

You can share your current preset here if you like: https://www.vsl.co.at/community/posts/t52215-Synchron-Pianos-User-Patches

I think this is a good starting point for a fortepiano sound, and maybe someone will improve this preset further :)

Best, Ben
