Hello,
I am new to Synchron Player so this might be a question with a simple and quick answer.
In VI, I was using Control Changes to switch from one cell to another, so to changes articulations and such. This was convenient once it was setup, because Cubase chases these events when you rewind or fast forward in your song, setting the correct value for the Control Change that it is supposed to have at that point in the song. So the correct cell was always activated.
In Synchron Player, the idea is to change articulations with key switches, but these are merely midi on/off messages and they are not being chased by Cubase. So if I change articulations halfway through the song and then rewind, the articulation isn't changed back.
How do guys usually go about this?
Thanks,
Vincent

Never mind.
It seems I have to check out expression maps.

Hi ytimmerm,
You could also check out the MIDI Dump Feature, which dumps all articulation data in your sequencer (when in record mode).
Best, Paul Paul attached the following image(s): SY_player_MIDIU0020Dump.jpg (60kb) downloaded 3 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

Cubase has a preference "Never reset chased controllers".
