    So far as I know it is not possible with the channel list to filter either enabled or disabled channels in VE Pro. Perhaps it exists and I just don't know about it.

    What I have in mind is a selectable filter that would limit the channel list to only channels that met the filter criteria. Select enabled, and only enabled channels show on the list. The same would be the case for disabled channels. Perhaps other filters would make sense as well. 

    This could be a very useful feature.
