    When I installed and run the Big Bang Orchestra and Vienna Synchron Player,  I got this message

    'Could not open a required component for this software: C:/ProgramData/VSL/Vienna Ensemble Pro/Plugins/Vienna Synchron Player.toolkit

    please ensure that an eLicenser with a valid license is connected, else reinstall the software'

     

    Help me please!!

    Hi,
    I just installed for the first time Synchron Player and the VSL instruments and Vienna Key I bought, and when I try to launch Synchron Player I have the same error message.

    My OS is Windows 10, in french.

    Furthermore, and I don't know if it's linked, but Synchron Player doesn't appear in my Ableton Live Lite.
