New instruments: Synchron Concert D-274 Light, Solo Violin 2, Solo Cello 2 missing

Hi - I purchased, downloaded and installed the Syncronized Special additonal Volume 1. I understand that the Synchron Concert D-274 Light, Solo Violin 2, Solo Cello 2 are new instruments that are included. When I launch the player none of those new instruments appear. The Special Edition V1 instrument appear and can be played. I have attached two files. One shows the folder with the lirary and the other shows my player.

please install and use the Synchron Piano Player from here: http://www.vsl.co.at/en/MyDownloads/Software_Installers

Regarding Solo Violin II and Solo Cello II please check the Solo Strings section in the Preset Browser.

Hello Ben!

With this thread, I realize I have the similar problem that the steinway D-274 Light missing in Synchron SE Vol 1 library. In my case , the new Violin 2 and Cello 2 are shown up, but can't find D-274 patch though installing Synchron Piano Player.

Really strange. After uninstalled and reinstalled Synchron Piano Player, restart, D-274 Light finally loaded with success.

May be something wrong with my file path's name.

Hi,

Here are some screenshots how it looks on my system.

Keep in mind to use the Synchron Piano Player, not the Synchron Player for the Concert D.
If you have other Synchron Pianos, select the piano, so the player starts loading. If you only have the Concert D light, select one of the presets in the bottom and it will start loading.

Also make sure you have the latest versions of the Synchron Player and the Synchron Piano Player installed.

Ok - The pianos are fine. I did not realize that there was a separate player for the pianos. Going to uninstall the Synchron Player and reinstall, restart and see if the fixes the instrument issues.

I do have an additonal question.

Is the image attached showing the new violin 2 and cello 2. If so, what is the difference between violin 1 and 2 and cello 1 and 2. They have the same articulations. Attached is the violin example.

The difference is that those are different instruments and different players. You should hear it quite clearly when you play those, in comparison.
