Hello!
Is it possible to simply copy all the VSL content to a new drive or do I have to re-install everything. I have bought 2 new internal SSD drives and I want to move everything there.

Hello GP1,
You can copy the sample content.
Assignment is easy in Synchron Player:
1) Open Synchron Player Preferences => Database
2) Add (or remove) locations with the +/- buttons in the lower right corner.
I see you also have VI collections, in which case it works like this:
1) Open the Directory Manager you find in your Vienna Instruments software folder
2) Add the new locations by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.

ok. the databse tab is actually found under the Settings, which I had totally forgotten about :)
Since I am using Synchron-ized versions of everything can I just delete the older versions? Or are the samples actually shared?

Hi GP1,
If you don't need to open older arrangements, you will not need the VI Samples anymore.
VI Series and SYNCHRON-ized products are independent.
