VEPro 7 Server Crash

Just had about the the worst crash I've had using VEPro with Cubase. Just recently started using version 7 and working fine until tonight. Hit playback in Cubase (9.5) and VEPro Server starts flashing and blinking. All playback is choppy. After disconnecting and trying to reconnect to VEPRo7, All instances disappear in Cubase server and cannot connect to anything. Go into VEPro7 which is still open and try to save the server project. The whole program crashes. Lost over a half hour of work. For now, Im going to have to downgrade back to version 6 until I hear word that this is fixed. Considering version 7 has been out for some time now, this kind of crash should not happen. Never seen anything like it under VEPro 5 or 6 before. I sent a crash log to support.

Besides this post, sent a few emails regarding this issue already. Only receive auto generated replies. Not sure why noone is replying with an answer to this, since it seems like a serious issue. I've already downgraded to version 6 and working again.

And still waiting. I don;t understand why nobody seems to answer from support any longer. I;ve sent copies directly to VSL support each time I posted on the forum and nobody respondsd to anything. I even sent the crash logs. Can someone please take a look at them.

Sorry for the late response. Since the Black Friday Sale a lot of support cases have come in and we are working on solving all of them.
Thanks for your reports and your patience, we have collected them and assigned to our developers who will analyze this issue as soon as possible. As soon as we have more inside on the problem we will notify you.
