    Hi there, this must be a REALLY basic question, so apologies.  I searched the forum and googled a bit in general but can't figure it out... so here I am instead.

    I installed synchron D on to my desktop machine and everything is good- now i wanted to install it onto my laptop because I have to travel sometimes.  I downloaded everything, and  my physical vienna key has the appropriate licenses for synchron; but when I try to install it on  the laptop it asks for an activation code, and of course the single activation code I received in an email is already used.

     

    How do I get a 2nd activation code?

    If you connect the key to your laptop, you will not be asked to download the license.
