  • Vienna Synchron Player, Big Bang Orchestra and Key Switching

    Team:

    I have a Roland FA-06 keyboard with 61 keys.

When using the Vienna Synchron Player with the Big Bang Orchestra, the key switching displayed on the screen (in Vienna Suynchron) seems to be below the range of my keyboard.

Can this be adjusted? I would like your keyboard graphic to coincide with my keyboard, so that the lowest notes on my keyboard could be used for key switching.

Sorry for any confusion. This is difficult to explain.

Hopefully, this is a commonly-asked question.

Thanks in advance for your help.

  • When you click on the top row buttons (instruments, articulation, etc) a menu opens. There you can assign any key range you like. The key you choose will be to bottom key for the column you are editing. The options are note (black and white keys) or white note (only white keys).

But moving the keys switches up will make you loose to bottom notes for the orchestra. I suggest you revert to MIDI programs or dimensions controllers configured to CC numbers.
