    Hi - I am a long-time VSL user, and successfully installed BBO.  Now I am trying to install the BBO Andromeda expansion.  When I try to install, I get this message: "The following license is required for this product: VI-online 115".

    Any ideas on what this is and what I should do?

    Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Hi,

    Please make sure you have installed the latest version of the Downlaod Manager. Then click the Actiavtion Link in the purchase confirmation mail and click on activate as soon as the Download Manager prompts you to activate the license.

    hi - if you see such cryptic license names like "VI-online 115" you don't have the latest license database for your eLicenser Control Center. just open it and click "Maintenance" to update the License Database on your computer or install the latest eLicenser Control Center https://www.elicenser.net

    and remember: only a CRAY can run an endless loop in just three seconds.
