    Hi,

    There is no sound in piccolo preset.
    All instruments sound well but piccolo is not.

    What can I do?

    Hi efimus, 

    Let us know a bit more about your setup.

    My main questions:

    1) Did you install the sample content (Do you see *.vsynvolume files in your sample content folder)?

    2) Do you see the correct path when you open the Synchron Player Preferences => Database?

    3) Is the corresponding license available?
