I got 3 licenses for 3 different devices when I bought VEP5 back at the time. A few days later, one of my licenses turned red so I performed the elicenser maintenance on my mac, and that particular license just disappeared right after and I couldn't download nor reactivate that license anymore. I couldn't distinguish which license has dropped out actually because all of my VEP5 licenses in MyVSL are shown registered so I tried to key each of them in to test which one works. Apparently they all failed. What should I do now?
