eLicenser POS Error message when trying to install libraries

So I seem to be having trouble trying to get the VI Special Edition Vol. 1 libraries installed on my Mac after redownloading everything, post-PC to Mac OS switch. I downloaded all the latest eLicenser software and VI/VE software. The trouble is that the libraries don't show up in either VI, VE, or the VI standalone, figuring it might be because I don't have the actual libraries installed, I go to the Library Installer, and locate the "package.info" files that I have with the libraries that are already in my external Toshiba SSD from a few years ago - when I go to find them and hit "Open" in the Finder, it brings up an eLicenser POS Error Message that says "File Synsoacc.bundle can not be located in the Application Support folder." and then will pop up a few times with "File Synsoacc.bundle does not have the expected interface." whenever I hit OK on the message at the bottom, then will come up with the message saying "The following licenses are required for installing this product. (i.e.) Player (Vienna Instruments) SE Vol-1 Strings." it'll show up with that message for any library I attempt to install. The eLicenser is plugged in and shows up with my licenses I activated... I don't know exactly how this can be fixed, but I'm very frustrated because I loved using these libraries in the past and they're such good quality. Any help is appreciated thanks!

Hi, 

That sounds like you are not using the latest VSL Software

You can always use the Download Manager to install the latest version of your sample content, please find the instructions in the column to the left on this page!

While I checked your registered products, I saw that you didn't get your FREE Big Bang Orchestra yet! Make sure to get your copy on the BBO product page!

Hi Paul,

I have the exact same "eLicenser POS Error Messages" when I try to install Vi libraries updates (for example VI Dimension Brass I ext). I've installed the last VI Pro (Retina) and eLicenser versions. I'm using macOS Catalina 10.15.3. 

BTW, BBO Dorado and Eridanus are awesome!!

Glad you like those new additions to the BBO Series. 

That eLicenser message seems to be problematic on a few Catalina systems... please contact us via , we have a few things we can try, including a beta version of the eLCC.
