    Hello,

    I'v got some troubles with my synchron dimension strings 1 2 3 installation.

    First of all ,all my softwares are update

    All the installatios process seems good . 

    I have in each folder, the right files (.vsynvolume).

    In elicenser,  i have put my three licenses numbers.

    In my  synchron player, i have the right path for the synchron dimension strings folder.

    I find my preset but i can't load the samples.

    The same problems for the three synchron dimension strings.

    I'm lost , i don't understand why and i  don't know where is the 

    problem.😶

    I hope  you have a solution .😊

    Are you double clicking to load the preset? You can't drag them in the SY player...
