A little question: theDimension Strings I Cellos - Library Download v2, replaces this download the Dimension Strings 1 cellos totally and deletes this program also the old Dimension Strings 1 Cellos .cab files?

You have to delete the "old" cellos.cab files and download and install the new files to replace them.

I didn't delete any old files befure running this update. Does that mean I need to go do it again?

I would recommend to do it again, unless the new cellos.cab files are installed in a separate folder. If that's the case, you just have to delete the old cellos.cab files and rescan your existing folders in the Directory Manager.

alright what files do I need to delete then? I see .dat files, I don't see any .cab files under Dimension Strings folder

Oh yes, sorry. I meant cellos.dat files. Delete all the cellos.dat files and install the new cellos. iMac (2020), Intel i9 3,6 Ghz, 64 GB RAM

No problem. Also, I forgot to say something : once you have installed the new cellos, DO NOT install the 2019.03.25 library update again. The cellos would'nt work. If you ever need to reinstall the whole library, do as follows :
- Download and install the violins, violas and basses.
- Download and install the 2019.03.25 library update.
- Download and install the cellos. They are already updated.
