    When I launch Ensemble 6 for Windows 64-bit a "check for updates" window opens proclaiming that "a new version is available!", (software 6.5 Windows build 18860).  I click the "install" button, it downloads, a window pops up "Press install to quite the applications and start the installation."   I click on the "install" button and another window pops up:   "this program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running."

    What am I missing here?

    That's weird. Please try the manual download from our Software Area. Still doesn't work?

    I downloaded manually, launched the executable, and again got the popup "This program does not support the version of Windows you are running."

    Strange. Which version and build number of Windows are you running?

    Hi Clayking,

    Can you please install this Windows update on your computer?

    If that still doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error message, so we can investigate further.

    That MS update seems to apply to Windows 10 OS; but even so, when I try to install it I get a reject that "this update is not applicable to your computer."  I originally attempted to insert pictures but they didn't appear when the message was posted.  I don't have a photo hosting service.  My initial post listed the pop-up messages at each step.
