    Everytime I open up VEP7, it re-scans all my plugins.  It started doing this just after I upgraded and installed the Waves Mercury bundle. Please fix this.

    But at least VEP7 did not crash while scanning plugins like VEP6 used to do. ... I like how the VEP plugin and FX plugins have a menu item to change ...
