  • Manuals for the Perform Controls?

I've searched through the manuals but cannot find a thorough expalnation of the Perform controls in Sychron Player. I also checked some of the videos. Does this exist?

    Thanks

  • Thanks Ben

That doesn't get me there though...

I wanted a detailed manual explaining what, for example, each of the performance faders actaully does eg Legato Blur? Or how does the Humanize Amount relate to the other two Humanize Faders. I can't find any info on that!

    Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. We are working on improving the current manuals.
Some of these information are available in the Vienna Instruments Pro manual here.

    Hope this helps.

    Best, Ben

    Hi,

Humanize, consisting of the parameters Delay and Tuning, work exactly the same way as they do in Vienna Instruments Pro.

Legato Blur creates more overlap between legato notes, it's important to actually overlap the notes to hear the effect.

  • Hi Oshaginko In the case of legato blur, the general rule is that you leave it at about 30... and for “crisp” trills, mordents, or precise scale runs, leave it around 30, or even reduce further. For long notes, slower scales, lyrical phrases, etc, increase well-above 30. Also as Paul mentioned, make sure to experiment with overlapping the notes. I’ve had success following these guidelines!
