I just installed VEP on a second slave computer and I can't see it in my VEP plugin. If I enter the ip address it sees it and I can load projects but it doesn't recognize it automatically. All my network connections anf firewall are good and "discover on network" is turned on on VEP slave.
Any idaes?

Hi,
Did you check the firewall settings?

Paul:
Yes I've tried every network setting possible.
It's so weird because if I enter the ip manually, it works.

Hi,
Please check if the Apple Bonjour Service is running on the slave.

Yes Bonjour service is running on both VEP slaves.

This is still not working. I found that "bonjour" service wasn't running so I found a version online and installed it. It's running now but I'm wondering if it's the correct version?

Hi,
I'm having the same problem as beatpete. I've pinged both computers, and they each see the other. The VEPro instances on my Mac (host) show up, but not the ones on my PC (server). The firewall on the Mac is turned off.
I've just bought a new MacPro (2019) running Catalina, but I made sure the IP specs on the new machine are the same as my old Mac. I'm running the latest version of VEPro 6 on both machines.
Any other ideas?
