Instances Not Loading

Hi! I recently opened my Digital Performer (9.13) session & none of my (VEP6) instances came up. I have 4 Mac Minis that usually load up but none have.  I've tried rebooting each computer & still nothing.  Did I accidentally hit something that would stop it from loading all of my instances on each computer? Thanks!

Hi Jason,

That's a known bug in the current build. The best idea is to roll back to the previous version.

Simply uninstall the current version and install the older version for now. A fix is in the pipeline.

Hi Paul,

Would it help if I went to 6.5.18932?  I'm currently on 6.0.17226 on each of my Mac Minis.  Also, if I install the older version or newer version will I be able to get my instances back?  (Also I'm currently on OSX 10.11.6)

Hi Jason, 

You'll have to try... definitely worth a quick check. You cannot ruin anything. 

Are you sure your network settins didn't change for some reason?

It's interesting you mention network settings as it seems odd that all 4 of my mac minis and all of their instances won't load.  Is there anything specific I should be looking for in my network setting in Digital Performer or VEP?

Did you check the network setup instructions in the VE Pro manual? Are you using static IP addresses?
