    Hi! 

    Warning for the new update of Finale 26 released today? (June 18th). It does not work with VSL! I get error messages when starting VE of license key, which I of course updated but without any improvement. I've tried to playback through IAC but it doesn't help. 
    I've written to Andi about the issue and he has replied and hopefully will find a solution soon. I've written also to MakeMusic about the issue. Any solution out there?

    Hello Anders!

    I have heard from my colleague that your problem has been resolved with an eLicenser Control Center beta version. So there is no general problem between the latest Finale 26 version and our instruments.

    Yes, that's right and hopefully this Beta-version will become released officially - for other users in the same situation.

    Having the same issue here on Win 10. May I ask where have you found the Beta Version?. On website, it shows the version from June 5.

    Unfortunately the Beta-version I got was only for Mac, according to the release note, but I guess it soon will be a version for Win.dows as well.

    Oh, ok ...thanks Anders, anyway... Well, at least, some of us got this problem solved :). Hopefully, we will see a new version soon. However, if you think of their rhythm of updating elicenser software.....

    I know that VSL support is eager to get Steinberg to update their e-licenser ¨helping them to finally tackle all their instabilities once and for all...¨, as they wrote. ;) So, keep fingers crossed!

    Hi Andi,

    I just reinstalled everything, from scratch, last night : WIN 2004, and all VSL / Finale and it seems fine now...Two  days ago, when I opened the Finale VST menu and activated VE PRO, it was an instant crash. At this point, everything works as expected.

    Where can you find a beta-version? I'm having the same problem with the eLicenser and starting VSL/VST plugins with Finale v.26 after updating the program (never be too anxious to update anything right???) and now the Synsopos.app won't start, it won't let me abort and Finale keeps crashing. I can't even send an error report.
