    I'm encountering a stubborn crashing of VEP 7 with Digital Performer 10.11. Every few days I'll encounter a crash where DP turns off it's audio system and Vienna locks up. 

     

    I have to force quit Vienna, and it won't open back up again. Clicking on the icon in the dock does nothing. Although Vienna still shows as a normal running application in the Force Quit window. It doesn't show "not responding". Force quitting Vienna does nothing. The only option is a hard shut down of the computer. 

     

    Not sure what troubleshooting steps I can try.

    Mac Pro 28 core

    DP 10.11

    VEP 7 (latest update)
