    Hello,

    On Windows 10 Pro for Workstation, I have both VE Pro 7 and MIR PRO 24 installed. When I launch VE PRO 7 Server, it opens without a problem. As soon as I add an instance, it crashes.

    I tried everything. Then I uninstalled MIR PRO 24 and launched VE PRO 7. This time I had no problem adding an instance. I have tried this a few times by installing MIR PRO 24 and uninstalling it.

    There seems to be some problem adding an instance when MIR PRO 24 is also installed.

    Please help me. I can send the sentry-db, logs etc.

    Please get in contact with support@vsl.co.at , including as many information about your system as possible (OS, CPU, RAM size, audio system & drivers, version numbers of any other active audio software, etc.). VSL's support team will take care for the issue ASAP.

    No worries. The case has been resolved. Just for notes, I had an old graphic card and the drivers were not up to date. Apparently MIR PRO when used in VE PRO 7 needs OpenGL.

    Once I updated the drivers on the machine, it started working.
