    When I get through the check out and click Place Order it just goes back to the first screen and starts the process over again.

    dear Bill, we are sorry you are facing problems with the orderprocess - did you select PayPal?
    i also have just noticed a problem to login to my PayPal account during the checkout process, a creditcard payment was successful though.
    in any case we opened a support ticket with our PaymentProvider to investigate.
