> [SOLVED] Some Big Bang libraries not showing in Synchron Player
Forum Jump
I own Synchronized, woodwineds, Chamber Strings, Special Edition 1 and Plus, as well as BBO, BBO Andromeda, and BBO Black Eye. Unfortunately, BBO (the original) and Black Eye don't show up in the Synchron player. All my other libraries, including Andromeda show up just fine in the browser. I can see all the folders in File Explorer (Windows 10) and they are all there. The settings in the Synchron player shows the paths to them as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi Eric,
Are the licenses visible on your ViennaKey?

Good point Paul. No they are not. What did I do wrong?

Hi,
Just checked, and it looks like you downloaded those licenses to a different eLicenser.
Moving licenses between eLicenser USB keys is simple:
1) Connect both keys to your computer 2) Open the eLicenser Control Center 3) Drag the license(s) from one key to the other key.

Ah yes, you are correct! Thank you. I just recently started using my slave computer again, and didn't realize that I put those licenses on the other Vienna key. Thanks so much!
