    Hello,

    I recently purchased a couple of libraries (solo strings and Synchron Strings Pro). While trying to download the installation files, the download speed goes up to about 1kB/sec and then drops to 0 almost immediately. Then, no further downloading occurs. I attached a video, it starts with an internet speed test to verify that my connection is likely not the problem. Thanks for any advice you can give.

    Hi Austin,

    Please double check that neither the Firewall nor your router are blocking the torrent download protocol.
    I just checked and the download works just fine for me.
