Hi All,
I have Special Editions 1 and 2, and looks like I can get a pretty good upgrade price to Symphonic Cube during the sale. My question is, if the SC takes up around 500gb, do they use the files already present as SE files or are they self contained? In short, just trying to work out whether I need to keep the SE files since they obviously take up a fair amount of disc space.
Thanks Mike

Hi Mike,
All our products are self-contained.
You will only need your Special Edition sample content to load older projects.

Thanks for the swift reply Paul.
One more quick question if I may?
Am I right in saying that everything in SE's 1, 1+ and 2 is included in the SC and therefore, if I do archive my SE's I won't be inadvertently shelving something that I won't have with SC? (I'm aware there's no appasionata's and dimension strings with the cube, but they're not on my SE's anyhow)
Thanks M

Hi Mike,
Yes, that's correct (for the VI Special Editions).

Hi again Paul,
Sorry to ask this again, but I think I'm right in saying that some of the articulations from the Se 1 plus will not be included in the Standard version of the Cube but only the Extended version. String repetitions etc.
Just trying to work out if I still need to keep my SE's on the player and on my drive, since I'm probably going to buy Cube Standard.
Thanks again, Mike

Hi Mike,
Thats correct. I was referring to the Symphonic Cube Full Library.
