    Hi - I just purchased a new Portable SSD - Samsung T5. There was virtually no set-up except asking me to password protect the drive which I chose not to do. I copied the BBO - Wallia folder from an external harddrive to the new SSD and the copy looks like it worked. However, although the samples loaded very fast, when I play notes they cutoff or not sound at all. I set the preload to as high as possible and it loads more samples but the issues still remains. As well, the little icon turns red whenever an issue occurs with the samples.

    Hi,

    The Samsung T5 is usually preformatted with (ex)FAT. This is known for its bad performance on heavy loads.
    You can fix this issue by re-formatting the drive to NTFS (Windows) or APFS (MacOS). Please be aware that formatting will delete all files on the drive!

    Formatted as NTFS but the problem is the same.
