    Hi,

    I just bought MIR Pro 24 and the Synchron Stage Room pack.  I successfully installed the MIR Pro VST plugin, but I can't seem to make the Room Pack install where I want it.  The Vienna Download Mgr keeps downloading it to a folder that I do not wish to use for Room Packs, and I can't find any way to redirect it to the folder where I want to keep it.   

    At one point I gave up trying to get the Room Pack where I wanted and clicked on the "Install Now" button. I got the error message that the Room Pack needed to be activated.  I have already activated the license in my  e-licenser control center.  When I clicked on the "activate" button, I got the error message that I had to close Vienna Instrument (M6).  I don't know what (M6)  is, and nothing else Vienna is currently running on my computer.  I tried restarting -- no joy.  I would appreciated help with getting the Room Pack to the folder of my choice, and with getting it installed.  Thanks

    Hi Zaffer,

    I can see on the Steinberg License Transfer Server that you have actually NOT yet downloaded your license for RoomPack 6 to your USB-eLicenser - please do so by entering the corresponding activation code manually in the eLicenser Control Center!

    You can select the download destination in the Download Manager.

    But no matter where you have downloaded the RoomPack data to, you can select where to INSTALL the files to during the actual installation process!

    Hi Marnix,

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.  You are right, I thought I had activated Room Pack, but I hadn't.  It's activated now.  But about selecting the download destination in Download Manager, I'm still confused.  When I open the Download Manager, it starts downloading automatically to I:\VSL Synchronized\Strings and I want the files to go to a new folder I made, I:\VSL MIR Pro.  I tried clicking on everything in the the Download Manager and I can't find a way to change the destination folder (see attached JPG).  Thanks for you help with this.

    Hi,

    I´ve installed 2 ROOM PACKs, wrote the activation code manually in eLicenser and set the right datafolder direction. But MIR doesn't find the ROOM PACK. Should it be in a specific place or?

    As soon as you actually _installed_ the RoomPack data, you should be able to point to the right disk location in MIR Pro's Preferences (see attachment). Just copying the downloaded files won't do.

    If you can't solve the problem like that, please get in contact with support@vsl.co.at, including as many system details as possible.

    Thanks Dietz,  I already got in touch with VSL support and they helped me figure it out.
