Hi!
Musescore does not yet support any virtual instrument plugins, but they are working on it for MuseScore 4. Therefore it's not possible at the moment.

You could probably use a virtual MIDI cable to connect Musecore to Vienna Ensemble. I've never tried it, but it should work.
Finale 25, Sibelius 2018, Notion 6, Overture 5, Cubase 10.5, StaffPad Win10 x64, 32GB RAM; Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 Kontakt, Bunch of VSL, VIP, VEP, EWQL Orch, Choir and Pianos August Forster 190

hello
thank you for your answers.
First I'm extremly glad to learn that musescore 4 will do it directly.
But actually I was thinking to use LMMS, but I do not understand how to link LMMS with VSL, the thing is I do not know how to use the VesTiGe (VST) with my library, how to link them.

You can probably link with a virtual midi cable like loopmidi. Install it on your pc and choose loopmidi1 as midi input device in lmms. Choose loopmidi1 as midi output device in musescore.

You could do something like this in combination with VEP Standalone, but you would have to manually add MIDI messages to your score in order to take advantage of all the different articulations.
