  • Hi,

Was that error also sent automatically to our Sentry system?

If not, please contact our support@vsl.co.at with all available information, including reproduction steps!

  • How do I know if the crash report was sent to you? I can't find any option that allows/forbids data to be sent to you.

    thanks

  • Hi,

That's an automatic process. Which information do you see after the crash?

  • If it's automatic, then you must have it (if one was sent). VEP 7 is running on a slave windows 10 pro. Playback stops abruptly and by the time I switch to my RDP window, the process is listed as "Terminated" (and gray) in the Task Manager. No dialog, no messages of any kind except in the event log.

This is new behavior. Before the 20H2 update, VEP 7 ran uninterrupted.

    I'll file a support ticket.

  • Please note that it's a known issue that VEP 7 can get instable and crash when connecting to the computer via Microsoft RDP. If you are using RDP try using a different remote connection solution.
