    Hello,

    I have purchased Synchron Strings Pro with the 4 vouchers offer. In the basket, I could validate the 4 vouchers, could pass the address stage, but at the summary stage, I got an error message regarding my credit card information even though I had not reached that stage where you enter your credit card information. Behind, I could see the summary of my order. Only 3 vouchers were taken into consideration plus reverse charge were added.

    the issue you are describing is related to changing your (billing) address during the purchase process between France and Switzerland (whereas i think the town entered indeed is in Switzerland). i will forward your question to our sales department.
