Hi,
See attached picture. I have VE Pro 7 with multiple instances of Synchron Player. Once I connect to VE Pro server from Cubase, the CPU usage just goes up for each instance even though I am not doing anything on Cubase.
Setup:
VE PRO 7, Cubase 11.
I created a dump file but it is around 18 GB.
Thank you

Hello,
Can someone from VSL please respond. I spend thousands of dollars purchasing your software; is it unfair for me to expect some support when I am having performance issues ?
Please guys from VSL !!!

Welcome Ram,
Thanks for the reminder.
Did you know that this is a community-driven forum and that you can reach our support team with specific questions via or by chatting with or chatbot Arnold?
It will be hard to tell anything without the specs of your setup (OS, used versions, hardware) and some basic information about your routing (e.g., how many audio channels are you feeding back).
I'm sure you have check the Cubase-related notes in the VE Pro manual as well and disabled the Cubase ASIO Guard. Correct?
Thanks for the additional information!
Best, Paul
