    I cannot get my venues bundles to show up in Vienna Instruments. Please help.

    Did you already install them? Downloading alone won't do. :-)

    Once installed, the path to your RoomPacks will look similar to ".../Library/Application Support/VSL/Vienna MIR Pro" (on Mac) or ".../ProgramData/VSL/Vienna MIR Pro" (under Windows).

    Yes. Thats the exact location I finally tracked down but it still wont come up in Vienna Instruments pro.

    I have the venue licences installed on a dongle. Does the dongle have to be a Vienna Key?

    It's still not working. If I dont get a satisfactory solution from you son I want a full refund for this software. I cant even upload a screenshot of the problem onto here. Even though there's a fucking checkbox asking me if I wanted to upload a file on here.

    Ok. Here is the screenshot. I keep on getting this all the time. Mir Pro just wont work in Instruments Pro.

    Oh! It seems that you're trying to use MIR Pro inside of Vienna Instruments. This won't work. What you are looking for is MIRx, which is not the same. Please download the proper data from your MyVSL user area (top right of this page).

    Can I still use MIR PRO for my solo strings in Vienna Instrument pro in my DAW?
