Hey all,
I am new to VSL and to the forum. I did search for a solution but found nothing before posting this here. I recently bought a nice array of VSL instruments and during the update process I saw I received a "Freebie." As you can see in the first attached image I have it downloaded and in the correct file location to be seen but when I select ANY of the instruments then everything is grayed out or has lines through it. This IS NOT the case with any of my other instruments as you can see in the second image. I am not certain as to what to do here and would love any and all help. Thanks.

Welcome Seth,
That looks like the sample content is missing. Do you want to add a quick screenshot that shows your installed *.vsynvolume files and your Settings => Database?
If we can't find anything there, I'd suggest to download the samples once again.

Hey Paul,
Thanks for the quick response. I guess I’m not sure what I need to download at this point because when I’ve gone into “my downloads“ I’ve looked at everything there and have downloaded what is available to me. Can you please tell me what specifically I should be looking for with the download? That will help me know what I need to download so that these files will play. Again, thank you so much for the quick response and in the short time I have spent with your products I absolutely love them!

Here are the screenshots of the Database directory and a screenshot of where they are stored. It looks as if I don't have the .vsynvolume in that location but I am not certain as to where to find/download it. I hope this helps.

I did go an uninstall the entire Dimensions III library along with the Ponticello stuff and then re-installed in the order of Dimensions Strings III first, the Update #1 (Ponticello Bonus) and then Update #2. Still having the same issue. Something is not connecting somewhere.
