    Good Evening VSL Team,

    I'm in quite a pickle. I just upgraded to VEP7 and I have the Synchron Player with the Synchonized Solo Strings. I tried playing my music on Finale v25 and nothing seems to work. The Vienna Imperial works just fine, but there's a problem with the Synchron Player. As I looked to the left, I noticed a red box around the Synchron Player plug in. 

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The red box means there's sample content missing, which in this case is the Legato Looped (with the X across it).

    It looks like you have both instruments set to the same channel, so the viola probably isn't getting any MIDI
