Hi
I have two VEP 7 slaves (all computers are WIN10) that when I attempt to connect to them (via Cubase 11) they both show up in the VEP instance box as Local Host's. If I type the IP address of a slave into the server field it will create a new instance on the slave but ignores instances already created on the slaves.
The slaves are set up with static IP addresses on a network with a discrete sub net mask. All VEP 7 software is version 1056 (64bit).
Any Ideas on how I'm going wrong?
Thanks

Hi Paul,
I'm having a similar issue with an older Mac Pro slaved to an M1 MacBook Pro. Both machines have static IP addresses and are connected via Ethernet, but the MacBook Pro is recognizing two instances of the local host within the plugin in Logic Pro X while the slave machine is not showing up at all. Strangely, the issue seemingly came out of nowhere - it just stopped working properly one day without any tinkering to network settings. Since then, I've tried several different IP address setups, but nothing seems to get the host to recognize the slave again. All VEP 7 software is 1056 (64 bit).
Please advise ... thanks.
