Are there any plans to make VI Libraries usable in Synchron?

I like the look of the Synchron player, but obviously don't want to buy everything again!

There are Synchron libraries and Synchronised libraries. The Synchronised libraries are VI samples in Synchron format. I believe there is a cross-grade price if you already own the the corresponding VI library.

Yes, I had a look at those, but they seemed to be prices for bundles only, which I don't have.

VI libraries are only usable in synchron if they have been “synchronized”. Not all VI libraries have been synchronized yet. A few come out each year so far. The good news is that these synchronized versions are arguably improved over the original VI version with some improved sample editing, etc and are usually reasonably priced to cross grade from VI, especially if you catch a sale and/or use vouchers.

It is true that you can’t buy the synchronized versions adhoc one instrument at a time like you can with the VI’s and I’m willing to bet you’d need to buy all of the instruments of a particular VI bundle before you can qualify for cross grade pricing.

Some people still prefer VIpro over synchron Player for certain reasons so if you are in a situation where it’s not feasible to get synchronized, I wouldn’t stress about it, the VI instruments are still very very great on their own right.

I am not 'stressing about it'.

I use VI instruments Pro, and have quite a few of them, but not full sets.

I think Synchron interface is better suited to my style of working, so I was just curious how much it might cost me.
