    Hi!

    I already have the percussion pack on my computer.

    I have just bought the harp pack...it down loads but then when i go to install - and then activate license it always comes up with the same error message : 

    "Please shut down other programs before running

    Vienna instruments"

    But there is nothing else running....

    i have tried uninstalling and re-installing the vienna player and it still comes with same message.

     

     advice most welcome

    Welcome Alexorchestra, 

    The best thing to do is to close all VSL programs, go to Applications => Vienna Instruments => Library Installer and start the Library Installer.

    It will ask you to locate the "package.info" file in your downloaded installation files. Once you have pointed it there, the "manual" installation process will start.

    thanks for the message,

    I just did everything you said through library installer and it still ends up with the same error message when it is seemingly about to "activate" the license.
