    Hi! I think that this question is already discussed some time ago but didn´t find the answer. This month I upgraded Symphonic Cube to Full version. Now when I have Symphonic Cube Full is it necessary to download Standard and Full libraries? In MyDowloads I have options to download one or the other. Historically I was buying something as Individual instruments and then bought upgrade to Symphonic Cube Std and now Full version. Some instruments were downloaded quite a few years ago. When I open VI presets for extended libraries I have patches in red. How can I check it? Or download everything again?

    Hello Viktor, 

    For your VI Collections that you purchased as collections: No need to download the sample content again. 

    For the SINGLE INSTRUMENTS: Please download the Full Library of those. Red means that the sample content is not available.
