    Hello kohltor, We are sorry for the inconvenience, but since we are customers of Steinberg ourselves, we don‘t have any influence on the current situation. This is the recent statement from Steinberg: https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us/articles/4404472502674-License-server-outage "We are experiencing license server outages which lead to failed license transactions (license activation, license transfer and license upgrades). We are investigating and work on a resolution to be available as soon as possible. Please note: Licenses cannot get lost! Failed license transactions can be restarted once the license server is back online.!" Best, Michael
