  • How to use VelocityXF (Synchron Player) a Video

    Hi all

I produced a video which shows how music can be dynamically shaped with the "VelocityXF" function and which other midi controllers can be used for this purpose. First, the video contains a bit of theory and in the second part a practical example (Air from J.S. Bach).

The title says it: the video is more for beginners to advanced. If you have been producing music with samples from VSL for a while, you already know the Vel.XF-function from the VI instruments...

    Have fun

  • I am brand new to the Synchron libraries. I just watched your video and am very much struggling to grasp how VelocityXF via MIDI CC works alongside Expression

It appears as if, for example, when I am using Synchron Duality Strings VelXF sus MOD patch that using the MIDI CC for Velocity raises and lowers the volume -- Does this replace Expression?

Is there any chart or video that will explain what each MIDI CC channel does out of the box for Synchron instruments?
