  • No Instrument Plugins found

Hi, I recently updated my PC then found that when I opened VEP and and instance it informed me that no plugins could be found.  The plugins are distributed over multiple drives both inside and outside of the computer as in BBC Orchestra.  Is there any way I can point the plugins to these folders which are NOT showing in VEP plugins in preferences.  Thanks for your time.

  • Go to Options / Preferences / Plugins and click on the VST Settings at the bottom of the form.

Be sure to choose the folder for the VST players, not the location of the individual instrument libraries

  • Hi Bill, afraid I have tried that but there are no plugins in the vst folders.

  • Also be sure to choose the VST2 version of any plugins. VEP doesn't recognize VST3 yet

  • Hi Bill, Have Changed all Folders to VST2 and The files are on the G SSD but as you can see from the pics nothing is showing, cannot work out what is wrong or remember if I had anything to do with the SSD apart from plugging it in to a USB port.
