Hello VSL community,
I'm having a problem cloning a preset in the Synchron Player. As per the manual, I copy the root slot, past into a text editor, replace the instrument identifiers. All good so far. The problem is that when I go back to a new Synchron Player instance in VEP-7, I can't right-click paste it into the root slot. Any thoughts on where I might be going wrong?
I've also tried pasting the edited data into the root slot of an already existing instance with the same issue that the 'Paste root slot' option is greyed out and inactive.
The attached screen shots show the 'past slot' and 'Past root slot' options greyed out.
VEP-7.0.1120, Synchron Player v2060, on a macbook pro, Catalina 10.15.7

Hi Kenneth,
You can either:
- Reset the instrument (keeping the background pics and the mixer presets available) and then paste the slot into the root slot area, the grey area below the plus button in the center of the dimension tree.
- Or open a new instruments and do the same.
Works fine, here... Do you copy the text you have changed and then paste it?
