    I have Windows 11, and my factory presets for Vienna Suite Pro are empty.

    Any advice?

    Sorry, I take it back. I do see the presets. It's just that some plugins don't have factory presets.

    That's true. For some plug-ins presets don't make much sense. :-)

    Hello my friend(s)!  I am new to VSL, and I have recently purchased the Vienna Suite Pro and noticed the same as the original poster, since there were a lot of plugins in the pack between pro and standard, I was wondering if you had a list handy that lists which have presets and which don't, so far, all the ones I've tried out show up empty.  Where should I check to ensure that presets are in fact installed and available to the plugin?

    So far however, I am so excited and thrilled to be using such high caliber products from such fine people, within 15 minutes I brought a mix to life in 5.1 like I never have before, with no presets no less!  Such is the power of your plugins; it has made me super excited to remaster everything... lol.

    Welcome Patrick,

    thanks a lot for your kind words! Glad you have joined this little community. 

    For most Vienna Suite Pro plug-ins, there should be a wide range of presets. However, they use platform-independent preset management, so they do not show up in your host's preset browsers.

    Please refer to the corresponding section in the Vienna Suite Pro manual to get an idea:

    If you still don't see them, please contact support@vsl.co.at. VSL support team will surely solve the problem swiftly.

    Thank you for your quick and helpful words and pointing me in those resources' direction, it is much appreciated.  I was able to find many presets after exploring further, amazing presents in fact and some exceptionally good starting points.

    I must say that I love the visual style and very much appreciate the HiDPI functions brought forth.  I was startled to see how fast and responsive the plugins' displays were, truly impressive, I just can't say enough good things and I haven't even scratched the surface yet.  I tried the BBO freebie this morning (4AM counts right?  This suite kept me up all night exploring lol) with a couple of VSL plugins and...WoW! 🐶

    Thank you again for your assistance, I'm also happy to know that these forums are an excellent source of support and knowledge.  I couldn't be happier about my VSL purchases!
